We are looking for 3 to 5 highly motivated and committed graduating “A” level students to undertake an attachment with our Firm from 1 July 2020. The attachment aims to provide students with a taste of corporate life with a reputable law firm. Duration of the attachment can range from a minimum of 4 weeks to 6 months.
Job Requirements:
- Assisting with preparing and generating invoices and bills
- Data entry
- General administrative work (e.g. filing of documents, photocopying, printing and preparing of legal documents)
- Assisting lawyer with general secretarial duties (booking of meeting rooms, and meeting arrangement etc.)
- Ad-hoc duties/special projects or light drafting work may be assigned
Monthly Allowance: $600 (pro-rated according to your commitment period)
