We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design.

Our engineers are able to custom design motors and stages to your specific requirements with you as a co-developer.

Job Description
  • Operates CNC milling machine to fabricate precision part according to drawing.
  • Be able to interpret mechanical drawing and fabricate according to its requirements
  • To be able to create CNC program according to drawing requirements and to always upgrade programming skill.
  • Be able to check and inspect fabricated part using measuring tools.
  • Plan and analyse to complete fabrication work according to production schedule.
  • Seek guidance from Supervisor on the best processing methods.
  • Work closely with QC inspector to resolve the quality issues.
  • To work overtime when required to support production demand.
  • Clean up the machine and surrounding work area daily.
  • Perform daily machine maintenance and weekly preventive maintenance.
  • To upkeep the overall department cleanliness and comfortable environment.
  • Strictly follow safety regulations.
  • Be aware of company ISO requirements and cooperate accordingly.
  • Be able to work on night shift when needed.

Qualifications

  • ITE/NITEC or technical school in machining
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in precision fabrication work on CNC milling machines.
  • Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and precision fabrication.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
  • if experience fabrication part in the automation industry will be advantageous.
