Job Description & Requirements

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
• Providing customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams aprepare payment to sub-contractors

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel, Outlook
• 5.5 Days work week (alt.saturday)
• Able to work independently and also a team-player
