Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Identify and prospect potential clients
• Conduct holistic financial needs analysis
• Develop personalized financial plans
• Build long-term client relationships
• Provide regular portfolio reviews and updates

Product & Solution Structuring

• Recommend suitable solutions including: Life insurance, Health insurance, Investment-linked policies
• Retirement planning solutions Savings and wealth accumulation plans
• Explain product features, risks, and benefits clearly

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., MAS guidelines in Singapore)
• Complete documentation accurately and ethically
• Maintain proper client records
• Stay updated with financial products and market trends
• Attend training sessions and professional development programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Sales-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
