Job Description Summary:
Provide customer service by answering shoppers’ general enquiries.
Perform over-the-counter duties at the departmental stall.
Assist VIP shoppers by escorting them and offering concierge-style support.
Handle voucher redemptions.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Carry out administrative tasks as required.
