- Job Description
- E-commerce store management including stock management, campaign joining and ad execution
- E-commerce customer service messages and review replies - prompt, friendly, sincere and helpful
- Fulfil E-commerce (Shopee / Lazada / Redmart) and offline orders
- Ensure deliveries are prompt by communicating with couriers or e-commerce platform about delivery exceptions to find a resolution
- Monitoring the online marketing activities and e-commerce performance of immediate competitors
- Identifying and reporting marketing opportunities to increase e-commerce traffic
- Content creation (Photos and IG Reels) for Social Media Marketing to increase brand and product awareness
- Assist in warehouse operations
