Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a pool of qualified candidates to fill positions
• Connecting and reaching out to potential candidates via a variety of job platforms
• Building rapport and establishing good relationships with potential candidates
• Keeping stakeholders up-to-date with the progress of the candidates
• Scheduling and arranging of interviews
• Assisting with conducting interviews

Benefits:

• $1000 - $2000 (Including incentives and performance bonus)

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, able to commit 2-4 days a week
