Provide office administrative support for the Company:
Distribution of incoming mails and postage handling for outgoing mails
Ensure good office housekeeping for the premises including overseeing the duties of the
Provide support for company events when required
Manage travel arrangements for company staffs and guests
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Reporting Manager
Proficient in MS Office – word, excel and powerpoint
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Meticulous and detailed with accuracy
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
