Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of an up to date inventory of props and deco items & furniture
- Execution of outgoing shipment (prepare packing list, execute physical packing – trip to warehouse to collect items etc.)
- Assist Retail Project Manager and V.M Assistant Manager on Event/Animation Preparation
- Follow-up of stores market visits (delivery and installation of missing props to the stores)
- Ensure good installation of new visuals at the stores (lightbox changes, new visual release etc.)
- Follow-up on maintenance jobs (liaison with handy man, contractors for a quick execution)
- To support on the administrative and reports
Requirements
- You must have at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Diploma in Visual Merchandising or equivalent
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
- Knowledge in MS Photoshop & Illustrator will be added advantages
- Able to commit 6 months or more
