Job Description

The key responsibilities are enclosed below but not limited to the followings:

Recruitment 

  • Job advertisement posting
  • Logistics support such as booking of interview rooms for hiring managers
  • Assist with conducting and facilitating mass training or interview sessions
  • Conducting market analysis/ noticeable trends and presentation
  • Providing support to the hiring Manager in employee P-file management includes input, update and maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information
  • Rostering for shifts, attendance management and timekeeping
  • Preparing data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner
  • Processing general administration tasks (e.g. claims, leave application etc.)
  • Preparation reports which include absenteeism tracker
  • Any other assigned tasks from your reporting manager/supervisor

Training Management 

  • Assist with training of newly onboarded Associates (HR matters)
  • Assist with launch of new training platforms across different projects
  • Assist with arrangements of training sessions
  • Assist with creating new training contents

Administration

  • Employee Master log – Onboarding, Termination and Transfer
  • Daily and weekly time attendance
  • Attendance tracker
  • Assist in data entry
  • Attending to HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel
  • Processing general administration tasks (e.g. claims, leave application etc.)
  • Preparation reports which include absenteeism tracker
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
