Job Description

The key responsibilities are as follows: 

HR Operations Management

- Operational point of contact and On-site presence (scheduled / unscheduled) as and when appropriate

- Responsible for fulfilling all management information reporting requests by client

- Monitor and ensure delivery of services to scope

- Identify improvement and enhancement of work processes, policies, and plans

- Create and maintain systematic documentation and records

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements

- Manage escalations

Associate Management

- Perform onboarding procedures including contract administration, coordinate induction / briefing / training, issue work tools

- Performance review and disciplinary matters

- Contract administration

- Execute associate retention and welfare activities

- Respond and manage associate queries pertaining to employment

- Implementing the overall direction, coordination, and performance evaluation of the Associates.

- Providing timely feedback to and dealing with disciplinary action concerning the Associates;

- Attending the daily and weekly meetings with client's management teams regarding the performance, productivity, and quality metrics of the Associates.

- Liaising with client's safety manager and other competent management teams to carry out the required health and safety investigations in case any Associate is involved in a work-related incident.

  • To provide any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Shift deployment (4 weekdays + 1 weekend), 8 hours shift (AM/PM shift)
