- Attend to customer inquiries on channels such as emails and online chat platforms.
- Manage complaints and feedbacks of customers
- Liaise with backend support to resolve customers’ issues
- Provide regular reports on types of issues encountered by customers
- Work closely with department to improve customer service
- Perform others tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel etc.
- Positive and supportive team player
- Enjoy constant learning and working with new technologies
- Excellent customer service attitude and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent written skills to be able to craft replies for customer support preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and/or experience with online ticketing systems such as Zendesk will be a bonus
- Prior working experience in Customer Service or Service Industry required.
