Job Description

We are looking for an earnest relationship executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a relationship executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives via our practitioners portal and marketing campaigns

To be successful as a relationship executive, you should ensure alignment between our organization's objectives and each client's needs. Ultimately, an indispensable relationship executive will take ownership of their work, including their role in promoting clients' interests.

Relationship Executive Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships on marketing collaboration or sales.
  • Improved customer service efficiency and effectiveness .Daily engagement with existing clients and prospects to maintain our company's presence and be responsive to customers on their orders ,questions, concerns or requests. 
  • Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.Settling clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner.
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients.
  • Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client and how our portal can be beneficial .
  • Manage company's social media .Personalized and sent marketing messages and campaigns via online and offline media and events to improve customer knowledge of our offerings.
  • Prompting clients to upgrade their existing purchases and to purchase additional offerings preferably via the portal
  • Multi channel integration: Executive will work with both offline and online channels to segment and track customers behavior and needs via data
  • Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients' needs and to maximize our profits.

Relationship Executive Requirements:

  • Minimum , a Diploma in marketing, finance, communication, or a similar discipline
  • Familiarity with CRM , Social Media ,procedures and analytics
  • Effective sales and negotiation tactics with strong collaborative skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication, numerate and analytical skills
  • Ability to forge profound working relationships.
