aCommerce is the region’s leading ecommerce platform and service provider that offers e2e and ala carte eCommerce solutions for brands & retailers. Integrated to the Key Account Management team, we are seeking for a creative and enthusiastic eCommerce management intern who will support the team in managing all the daily activities of our client’s online stores to generate sales in the marketplaces as well as running all day to day operations.

Attention to details and initiatives are keys that will help drive the team’s performance and efficiency of client websites. This position requires a self-motivated, positive, service-orientated individual.

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support E-Commerce end-to-end operations from online marketplace store management to last-mile fulfillment
  • Assist in the review visibility, product info, price and stock that are aligned with account database and campaign plan.
  •  Coordinate both internally and externally to assist in facilitating smooth service operations
  • Liaise with team lead and cross function to align all item database, pricing, order process, and reimbursement input & report to have right workflow and right input to our system
  • Liaise with Accounting Department on invoicing, payment and collection matters to ensure sales orders and invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist Marketplace Store Managers (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10) and perform day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth online store operations
  • Assist Store Managers to roll out online mega campaigns
  • Assist Store Managers to prepare and analyze reports to be presented to reputable clients
  • Liaise with other departments when necessary
  • Perform back end online order fulfillment for key client

Capabilities

Bachelor degree / diploma with 1-2 years Sales & Marketing experience in Fashion and/or FMCG

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work and engage cross-functionally

Able to communicate in English, Computer literacy (Microsoft office)

Self-Discipline and ability to multi-task

Positive attitude and fast-learner

Should be able to work under pressure

Excellent attention to detail
