Job Description
We are looking for a professional E-Learning Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Responsibilities
- To support in instructional design of courseware, creation and development of new media content
- Serve as part of a Content Development Team in the creation of e-Courseware contents
- Support the Content Manager to account, consolidate and sign off all completed work
- Review Client existing Training / Courses and recommended appropriate strategies to convert to blended or e-learning format.
- Develop, conceptualise and edit storyboard that will be translated into finished interactive content.
- Develop courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard.
- Passionate and takes ownership in your own work
- Independent and willing to be a team player
Requirements
- Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
- Visual design skills (Photoshop,Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
- Diploma in Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing, Interactive or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
- Ability to provide professional portfolio upon request
