Achievers Dream Learning Centre Pte Ltd – Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities*

• Ideate, plan, and produce engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, showcasing Achievers Dream’s student life, teaching culture, and lab sessions

• Stay on top of platform trends and viral content — and creatively adapt them to fit the education/tuition industry

• Assist in content planning, calendar management, and campaign brainstorming for student recruitment and branding

• Write fun, clear, and brand-aligned captions that connect with both students and parents (bonus if you know how to bring in local humour and relatable school-life vibes!)

• Support photo/video shoots at our outlets, lab sessions, or team events

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our follower base organically

• Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and teaching teams to align social media with Achievers Dream’s brand goals

• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement

Requirements

• Passionate about social media, storytelling, and content creation — you’re already scrolling TikTok/IG for ideas

• Familiar with current trends, memes, and content styles popular among students and young adults

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools

• Strong sense of creativity, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail

• Independent, fast-moving, and full of fresh ideas — not afraid to test, experiment, and learn

• Bonus: prior experience managing personal/brand accounts, or having a content portfolio
