• Helping to clean and validate customer, supplier and inventory data by identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

• Collaborate with team members to interpret data and support decision-making processes

• Perform data analysis using various tools and techniques to extract insights and trends. Good knowledge of Power BI is an advantage for building visualization dashboards. Strongly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn due to our knowledge limitation in Power BI.

• Use of data storytelling to do walkthroughs on the reports' contents and data insights to users.

• Improve the data collection and cleaning methods through automation.

• Documenting the details of ERP processes and other related information for future reference.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis.
