THE SEARCH: TALENT MANAGEMENT INTERN 

We are searching for an energetic and self-starting Talent Management Intern who has the ability to support our team with recruitment, on-boarding and development efforts. We are seeking an exceptional individual who has a discerning eye for detail, and likes to be resourceful while interacting in a diverse and dynamic team. You will be instrumental in helping the Talent & Recruitment team deliver our services to our clients and partners.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Recruitment team with recruitment processes, such as managing job posting portals and the Applicant Tracking System (ZOHO)
  • Assist Talent Management team with delivery of professional human resource and talent management solutions for clients
  • Assist Talent Management team with work pass processes
  • Execute human resource plans and initiatives with the Talent team
  • Assist the Talent team with internal recruitment efforts
  • Engage clients and external stakeholders via written and spoken communication
  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping

The Ideal Candidate

  • Preferably has experience or education in HR/Recruitment or related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Is a happy, positive person with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Is accountable and adopts a ‘business-owner’ work mentality
  • Is detail oriented and precise
  • Discerning and careful with information
  • Can be flexible and has an ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Has a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team
