Accela – Creative Project Coordinator

In collaboration with Creative Director and Spirits Evangelist Team ensure proper documentation of all projects

• Interact directly with internal and external customers as the Creative Team Point of Contact
• When required, attend team and client meetings and produce minutes
• Ensure clear understanding and acknowledgment of project timeline and expectations
• Other ad-hoc duties and requests assigned by the Creative Director

To be successful in this role the following skills and experience are required:

• Tertiary qualified in Business, Marketing, PR or Communications
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be forth-coming and confident presenting to senior leaders and peers
• Experience in Project Management through an internship, course project or commercial work base experience 
• Takes ownership of scope of work, areas of focus and specific tasks
• Possesses initiative, intuition and common sense
• Willingness to learn
• A desire to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
