Job Description


  • Support Customer Relationship Management department in day to day operations of wt+ campaigns and activities
  • Assist in all wt+ communications including edm, sms and in-store collaterals
  • Support in customer service and membership enquiries
  • Support in marketing events


Job Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma in Business/ Marketing or other relevant discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Meticulous and detailed for eye
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and independently
  • Able to start immediately
