Job Duties :

• Create and publish job advertisement in various portals, engaged in job boards, and searching for talents
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Daily reach out to qualified candidates for interview
• Coordinating the end-to-end hiring process
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and using of internal database
• Able to undertake ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the management from time to time.
