Leasing & Asset Operations

• Support leasing efforts across the portfolio — from enquiry handling to closing
• Coordinate and conduct viewings, follow-ups, and tenant onboarding
• Assist in preparing lease agreements, proposals, and pricing strategies
• Work with the team to maintain occupancy and optimise rental performance
• Monitor tenant movement, renewals, and day-to-day operational matters
• Track market trends and comparable projects to support positioning

Investor Relations & Growth

• Assist in preparing investor materials (updates, decks, performance summaries)
• Support communication with existing and prospective investors
• Coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Maintain investor records and track engagement
• Work alongside the team on capital raising initiatives and campaigns

Operations & Admin

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational workflows
• Maintain proper documentation for leases, tenants, and internal records
• Assist with basic financial tracking (invoices, collections, simple reporting)
• Coordinate internal scheduling and cross-team communication
• Ensure processes are organised and consistently executed

Key Requirements
