Job Description

Looking for a candidate with recent experience in admin such as using SAP, booking of flights, hotels, etc. 

  • Perform administrative support and secretarial duties for a department or group.
  • Create shopping carts, administer and perform goods receipt and resolving invoice/payment deviations.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports.
  • Compose routine correspondence.
  • Maintain confidential records and information.
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
  • Tracks operational data in a database, including financial and other reporting metrics.
  • Update and maintain a wide variety of general office documents.
  • Uses software tools to compile data into presentation format.
  • Maintains accurate schedule of activities of the leader/executive supported, including complex meeting coordination and may include travel arrangements.
  • Independently prepare presentations and recurring reports.
  • Prepares and manages correspondences and collation of reports/documents to meet business timeline.
  • Organizes a variety of local meetings, corporate events as and when called upon.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system.
  • 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of handling customer visits with great confidence.
  • Diploma in related discipline or GCE "O" with minimum 3 years of experience.

Salary: between SGD$2000-SGD$3000 monthly
