Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition function in the HR team
  • Interview scheduling, sourcing and conducting reference checks for candidates 
  • Support University Relations projects and liaise with different vendors 
  • Ensure all necessary onboarding documents are documented in P-file and stored appropriately 
  • Coordinate project timelines between SEA countries
  • Help with idea generation for TA Newsletter
  • Any other ad-hoc duties within the Talent Acquisition function

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • Quick learner with strong communication skills
  • MS Office, IT, Photoshop savvy
  • Willing to work at a secondary location (Tuas) when required
  • Able to commit from April to July 2019
