In Q4 2019 the SEA and HKTW region have developed 5-year strategic plans that comprise various strategic projects to accelerate long-term business growth in our markets. These projects cover different markets and product categories, but in general require strong market intelligence capabilities. The intern would be responsible for the development and maintenance of a number of important tools to track critical market intelligence in our reasons, to draw critical insights from the dat, and to define/refine strategies based on these insights. The key tools that need to be maintained and/or improved include a distributor performance management dashboard, a marketing dashboard and a top account dashboard. The intern would work together with management and other key functions such as finance and marketing to identify critical KPIs for the dashboards, to monthly and or quarterly update the dashboards in excel/Power BI, and to regularly communicate insights to key stakeholders.
