ABARA – Executive Assistant to CEO

ABARA is an independent luxury fashion label based in Singapore. We specialise in ready-to-wear and exclusively bespoke luxury leather handbags and small leather goods for both men and women.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the CEO. They should be organised and be able to multi-task with great follow-up skills. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
• Support the director in daily tasks
• Doing claims and bills for the CEO
• Process CEO’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the CEO/or on behalf of the CEO, or other staff as appropriate
• Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, taking notes and recording minutes.
• Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping
• Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
• Perform additional duties as assigned by CEO

Requirements:

• Minimum Education background of Diploma
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Fluent in English and Mandarin a MUST
• Meticulous at handling administrative and scheduling work
• 6 day work week
