You will be part of our Human Resource team, whose remit is to support the Company achieve its overall Mission, by developing a highly engaged and proficient workforce capable of attaining the Company’s Goals

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as an Intern in our Human Resources team. The individual will partner and learn from our team of seasoned HR professionals as we shape our HR strategies to ensure a suite of future-ready HR practices. 

The individual will gain exposure to both HR Policy development and Business Partnering. He / She will assist in driving policies across all HR pillars, with a specific focus on Workforce Strategy, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. 

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Developing talent pipelines through green harvesting initiatives, graduate programs
• Furthering the Company’s branding as an Employer
• Review of the Company’s Talent Development Framework
