Accountability Statement/Summary
As part of the Singapore Commercial team, a key driver in building a solid, profitable and sustainable business for A. Menarini Singapore, the Singapore Marketing and Commercial Operations Intern is responsible for supporting medical marketing activities in close collaboration with the Singapore Commercial and medical team. The intern will support in scope various medical marketing activities, including marketing assets/materials development, CME (Continuing Medical Education) meetings, exhibitions, symposium, congresses, and KOL development programs. In addition, the intern will also support communications with marketing admins on vendor-related communications and related administrative processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of A. Menarini business in Singapore at a time when marketing and brand building activities are growing in scale and importance.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Marketing materials:
- Support research, ideation, review and join in campaign development for marketing materials for Singapore brands (Iron Deficiency, Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Dermatology) (including digital campaign materials, brand newsletters, e-detailers, different media for marketing use e.g. videos, gifs, shorts) and help in agency coordination, proof-reading, design ideation.
- Support in new product evaluation analysis with desktop AI research and related information sources.
External marketing activities
- Support and join the task team in organization of key external events including support for related agencies’ RFP, event materials ideation, vendor and related event/administrative internal follow up in collaboration with marketing team.
Internal meetings
- Support as needed and guided by commercial leads in internal meetings, build agenda, slides/content consolidation/development and minutes taking.
Pre-requisites
- Undergraduate (junior/senior year preferred) or graduate student. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences/Biology, Business Administration, or a related Field
- Display interest in learning more about the healthcare industry and marketing with competencies as per below:
Marketing Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make actionable recommendations
Communication skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and creating reports
Time Management:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
