Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative work and operations of the Facilities Management Department.
  • Support the sourcing and requisition of necessary equipment and inventories for various sites.
  • Attend to incoming calls and enquiries related to facilities matters.
  • Prepare quotations and related documents for facilities services.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of quotations and supporting documents.
  • Assist in the handling and coordination of office equipment.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department.
