Recently, 8M Real Estate expanded into the hospitality industry with the launch of 8M Collective, the operating arm of our existing accommodation brands – BASE Residences, Ann Siang House, and 2 other boutique hotels which will be ready by end of the year and early next year.
Job Description
- Being the ambassador for one of the boutique hotels under the company's portfolio
- Managing front office’s duties (check in/out, phone calls, concierge services etc)
- Coordinating with room attendants to ensure cleanliness of rooms and whole premise
- Ensuring inventory supplies and control
- Managing reservation/walk-in inquiries
- Preparing logistics for breakfast service and/or event held at the hotel
REQUIREMENTS:
- Team player, with a positive and pleasant personality
- Customer oriented and desire to work in service industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English and another language
- Students from Hospitality/ Tourism Management schools are preferred
- Only Singaporeans/ PRs need apply
