365 Cancer Prevention Society was founded in 2003 by Billy Wang who was the DJ of FM97.2. The society is Institution of Public Character (IPC) approved, registered under Singapore’s National Council of Social Service.
Our mission is to serve the community through cancer prevention measures. This is accomplished through health and nutrition education, promotion of healthy lifestyle and lymphatic detox exercise programs. We also provide practical and emotional support and care for patients and their family members in their battle against cancer through residential and hospital visitations, counselling and wellness services.
As a non-profit organization, 365CPS depends on public donations to fund all its services and programs.
Following are the job descriptions for the candidate :
- · Conduct interviews with selected clients to determine food preferences and observe the food intake.
- · Assist selected clients on regular or modified diets in the selection of food according to patterns established by the Nutritionist or other designated staff.
- · Report progress of all clients and highlight special diet problems.
- · Gather and analyze data needed for evaluating the nutritional status of clients before distributing to selected clients’ data related to Nutrition.
- · Assist in the designing and preparation of new dishes.
- · Support the Nutrition department in preparing materials used in presenting current nutrition and/or management instruction to external audiences.
- · Perform other related duties as assigned.
We prefer Chinese speaking candidate, as most of our beneficiaries are Chinese speaking
