Project based talent management trainee/intern

•  Identify, engage, develop, review and retain those individuals who have the potential to be of greatest value to an organisation. 

• Gather information required for talent management process,

• Manage talent recruitment process, including submissions, screening and interviewing of candidates

• Serve as a mentor to new interns

• Rotation of roles within the organisation available for suitable candidates 

WHO & WHAT WE LOOK FOR

1) Ability with information /data gathering online and offline, i.e collecting information and data online and offline

2) Must have excellent communication skills, written English, comfortable and fluent in spoken English as the mode of communication in the office is English.

3) Excellent internet research skills, data organization skills required

4) Able to use Google suite ( docs , spreadsheets, slides) independently

5) Willing to learn interviewing skills, pick up the phone and make calls when necessary ,

6) People Oriented personality, Good listening and telephone skills

7) Good communication skills and sounds pleasant on the phone 

8) Mature and independent individuals who are able to operate independently without constant hand holding or supervision 

9) An analytical, meticulous person with a positive attitude

10) Able to speak, read and write any additional languages ( such as Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Tagalog, Arabic ) would be a plus

11) Able to work in a fast pace team structure 

Guidelines

Not all interns will be matched with a project every cycle. However, there are support roles for each project and within the organisation as well. We will also rotate our interns to ensure maximum exposure for all members.
