We are a local-grown organisation with 40 years of experience in the environmental services sector. With more than 100 staff, we provide essential waste management and cleaning services to our Singapore clients.

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who enjoys communication with clients to join our vibrant team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist the team in scanning & sending tax invoices to clients as per request
2. Ensure that all outstanding tax invoice queries are followed up closely
3. Assist team in calling up customers to follow up on overdue payments

Who We Are Looking For:

• No experience required
• Independent and self-initiated
• Able to work in a team and independently when required
• Possesses a strong drive to learn and acquire new skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Enjoy communication with clients!
