Job Description

About 35A:

35A is a private F&B dining club for our members specialising in the display and service of wines, alcohols, liquors and spirits as well as cigar and tobacco. 35A Scotts is borne out of a passion to capture the rare vision of life and be the destination where taste-makers and leaders connect to shape our societies. About this role:

This position reports to the General Manager.

· Answer all incoming phone calls and forwarding them to the respective staff/department

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email

· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Oversee all administrative tasks such as stationary requisition and managing 35A assets list

· Will have to balance between being situated at HQ and 35A premises for admin assistance or logistics

· Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by General Manager

 

Job Requirements:

· A Team Player, positive working attitude.

· Good command of spoken English and Mandarin for business communications needs

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

· Excellent organisational skills

· At least 1-2 year(s) of receptionist/customer service experience would be a plus

· Min O Levels/Diploma/Higher Certification Cert

· Singaporeans/PR only
