- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Administrative filing.
- Handling simple accounting and financial budgeting (follow up closely on all outstanding payments, issue invoices to clients, monthly revenue report, monthly reconciliation of bank statements, audit of outlet’s cash balance and petty cash balance).
- Supporting operations management.
- Updating of customers' data entries.
- Preparing monthly report to be presented during meetings.
- Email, Phone, Social Media and Facebook correspondences.
- Support and contribute with copy-writing and content creation needs (in-app, website, social media, emails, etc.)
- To liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance of the Centre’s server, electrical and telecommunication systems.
- Develop and maintain good customer business relationship.
- To replenish and keep stocks of office supplies.
- To perform any other admin duties as assigned by supervisor.
