We have immediate requirement for resourceful and enthusiastic Business Development Intern with a “can-do” attitude.
Role & Responsibility
This role provides you with the opportunity to actively support our BD initiatives to identify new business opportunities. Duties will be varied and match the pace and needs of the business. The key responsibility is to contribute to the overall success of the business development initiatives by performing the following key activities:
Support our business development efforts through digital and offline approaches to prospect and generate leads by
- Setting up industry focused campaigns by conducting market research on industry trends & challenges
- Research on internet, LinkedIn and other social platform to identify potential client companies and relevant contacts
- Strategically craft email and LinkedIn campaigns in collaboration with BD lead
- Initiate first contact with target contacts by sending emails and messages on LinkedIn
- Maintain records of opportunities and wins for data analysis
Support pre-sales activities for potential opportunities by
- Conducting research to profile the company, its business needs & challenges, competitor and industry trends
- Work with your supervisor to strategically match our solutions with client’s needs
- Develop pitch deck and proposals for specific client needs
- Where possible, attend sales meetings and help with follow-up activities
Assist in company marketing activities such as
- Developing presentations for conference and industry publications
- Enhance website content and SEO
- Enable digital marketing campaigns (Google ads, EDM, etc.) as and when required
- Develop content for Newsletter to engage with company contact list
Requirement
- Highly driven & performance focused individual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well organised, disciplined and open to taking on new challenges
- Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and mature
- Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Other outstanding Graduates with good track records are also welcome
