Branding & Video Content Creation Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated intern with an interest in video production, digital content creation and personal branding.

The intern will work closely with financial services directors, managers and content producers to develop engaging digital content and strengthen their professional and personal branding.

This internship offers hands-on experience in content planning, video production and brand development, with opportunities to contribute creative ideas and manage content from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit video content featuring financial services directors and managers, primarily in an indoor setting.
• Support the development of personal branding strategies to strengthen the professional presence and visibility of financial services leaders.
• Develop creative content ideas, scripts and storyboards to communicate professional insights, experiences and expertise.
• Produce engaging short-form videos and digital content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with directors, managers and content producers to ensure content aligns with branding objectives and target audiences.
• Research social media trends and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement.
• Assist with managing content calendars, publishing schedules and maintaining content consistency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Design, Film or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with video filming and editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and confidence in working with professionals across different teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.
• Prior experience in content creation, videography or social media management would be advantageous.
