Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, events and platforms that foster collaboration across the deep tech ecosystem
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging technology trends and ecosystem opportunities
• Assist in evaluating collaboration and partnerships from local and international partners, aligning them against internal strategic priorities, and tracking follow-up outcomes
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including outreach, communications, and relationship management with industry leaders, international partners, innovators, investors, and researchers
• Track project progress, gather feedback, and help prepare reports and presentations on initiative outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of projects

Requirements:

• Strong interest in innovation, technology, and ecosystem building
• Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Resourceful, proactive self-starter who can work both independently and in a team
• Adaptable and comfortable interfacing with diverse global and local stakeholders
• Prior experience in event management, research, or stakeholder engagement is a plus
