• Process customer receipts and AR transactions in SAP, including MT940 bank statement uploads.
• Generate and issue customer invoices in SAP.
• Submit invoices through customer e-Invoicing portals (e.g. AGD, Ariba, Coupa).
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate unreconciled items.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and maintain AR records.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
• Manage stationery inventory and office supplies.
• Attend to occasional banking matters, including over-the-counter transactions and document submissions at local banks.
• Support month-end closing and other ad hoc finance and administrative duties.
