Internship Responsibilities

Risk Management

• Support regular risk assessments and contribute to the regular maintenance of AXS’s risk registers
• Assist in Risk & Compliance’s Projects and initiatives, execution of daily BAUs including maintenance of Policies and Procedures
• Assists in routine checks and monitoring of AXS systems processes and responses for Risk Operations, including but not limited Business Continuity Management and Third Party Risk Management.
• Support AXS’s Due Diligence Checks for Customers and Vendors (i.e KYC checks)

Regulatory Compliance

• Assist in audits, regulatory inspection, queries, and reporting requirements

Governance and Security Awareness Support

• Document existing IT Security GRC processes and workflows
• Support the creation, management and roll out of Risk & Compliance’s training and awareness materials, including monitoring of completion rates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications to manage data efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong team player
• Interest in data driven insights, fact finding, inquisitive and attention to details.
• Students from Banking & Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Sciences or disciplines with strong data analysis skills exposures are welcome to apply.
