Job Description

Talent Acquisition Support

  1. Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities.
  2. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases to ensure information accuracy.
  3. Monitor online job postings and assist in tracking applications received through various recruitment platforms.
  4. Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  5. Prepare recruitment reports, recruitment statistics, and other talent acquisition documentation as required.
  6. File maintain candidate records in accordance with the Company's data protection and record retention policies.
  7. Supporting Internships and FSEP programmes.

 

Employee Relations Support

  1. Assist the Employee Relations team in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
  2. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, HR P-files, and documentation in accordance with proper documentation requirements.
  3. Provide administrative support and preparing HR letters.

 

General HR Administrative Support

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management.
  2. Ensure all HR documents are maintained in an organized and confidential manner.
  3. Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned by the Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations teams.
  4. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
