Global Campaign Intern

We are looking for a Global Campaign Intern to support our marketing team in coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in campaign management, marketing operations, and cross-functional project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and consolidating campaign performance results.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and campaign summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support campaign execution.
• Assist in developing campaign briefs and supporting materials.
• Maintain campaign documentation and project records.
• Support the setup and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
• Identify and escalate campaign issues or inconsistencies.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools.
• Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to work with our stakeholders based in China

Availability

• Minimum commitment of 3 months 
• Full-time availability preferred; part-time candidates able to commit at least 2–3 working days per week are also welcome to apply.
