Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, with a primary focus on lease-related documentation and processes.
  • Assist with making outbound cold calls to prospective tenants and clients.
  • Attend to phone enquiries and provide basic information on available properties and leasing opportunities.
  • Support prospecting activities by identifying and following up on available spaces and potential leads.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and handling telephone enquiries.
  • Confident in making outbound calls and conducting basic prospecting activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive in carrying out assigned duties.
