Thinking of joining a "boring" property management firm? Think again. At A4 International, we’ve been in the game for 30 years, but we’re currently in our "glow-up" era. We’re ditching the old-school manual vibes for digital systems and we need an intern with Main Character Energy to help us run the show. If you want to learn how buildings actually work (and not just how to live in them), keep reading. 

The Role: Property Management & Admin Legend (Intern) 

What the "Grind" looks like: Keep the Vibe Safe: You’ll ensure the property is in its best condition—safe, operational, and basically looking like a 10/10. 

The Building Bible: You’ll become a pro at the BMSM Act (The Holy Grail of building laws in Singapore). 

Supervising the Squad: You’ll be liaising with contractors and staff during inspections to make sure everything is being serviced properly. No ghosting allowed. Emergency Dispatch: You’ll occasionally handle after-hours messages or emails. It’s for emergencies only, we promise!. 

Collecting the Tea: You’ll attend Council and Annual General Meetings to take minutes. Basically, you’re the historian of all the building drama. 

Slaying the Paperwork: Analyzing quotes, preparing notices for residents, and keeping our floor plans and keys more organized than your Spotify playlists. Are you the one? (The Must-Haves)

The Paper: You’re currently pursuing a Diploma or above. Tech Savvy: You have basic IT skills (if you can navigate TikTok, you’re halfway there). 

People Person: You’ve got strong interpersonal and communication skills. You know how to talk to clients without it being "awkward." English Pro: You’re fluent in English and can write a circular that people actually want to read. Big Brain Energy: You have an interest in—or a basic understanding of—the BMSM Act. 

Job Requirements

Diploma or above with basic IT skills 

 Understanding of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act 

 Experience in managing relationships with clients 

 Strong interpersonal, organisational, people management skills 

 Fluent in English 

 Excellent communication skills
