ActiveX Physiotherapy is a specialist sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic in Singapore's CBD. Our practitioners work as standalone specialists, each with deep expertise in specific sports and conditions, so patients get matched to the right physio from day one. Sports and musculoskeletal physio clinic. Small team, high standards, good culture. We need someone reliable and warm to run the front desk part-time.
Shifts
Every Saturday required (typically 8am to 2pm). Weekday shifts fall between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with around 15 to 20 hours per week depending on the roster. Flexibility across morning and evening slots is a big plus.
The role
You'll greet patients by name, manage appointments in Cliniko (we'll train you), process payments, and answer the phone. You'll also keep treatment rooms and supplies stocked and handle the general admin that keeps a clinic running smoothly. When it's busy you stay calm, when it's quiet you stay productive.
What we need
- Reliable above everything else
- Strong attention to detail. Appointment times, invoices, and patient records need to be right.
- Comfortable on a computer, email, and basic spreadsheets
- Warm and professional with patients without being robotic
- Accurate with payments
- Strong spoken and written English
Healthcare reception experience is a plus, not a requirement. Attitude and reliability win.
