Job Description
- Assist in bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records for clients
- Support accounting system setup
- Support payroll processing and statutory submissions (if applicable)
- Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documents
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules
- Prepare and process invoices, payments
- Learn and apply accounting software tools
- Work closely with senior accountants, managers on client deliverables
