Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused IT Intern to support the technology operations of our luxury hotel. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise-level hotel systems while upholding the highest standards of service excellence expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues Assist in maintaining hotel systems such as:
  •  Property Management System (PMS) 
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) 
  • Time & Attendance systems
  •  Support setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of:
  •  PCs, printers, IP phones, and mobile devices.
  •  Guest Wi-Fi and internal networks
  •  Assist with system upgrades, patching, and basic cybersecurity practices
  •  Maintain IT inventory and documentation 
  • Support the IT team during system audits and compliance checks
  •  Perform other IT-related duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Fundamental knowledge of:
  • Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  •  Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi‑Fi) Hardware and software troubleshooting 
  • Strong interest in the luxury hospitality industry
  •  Excellent customer service mindset with professional communication skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
