Role Overview
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR initiatives. This role is suitable for students seeking hands-on HR exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
- Mapping out of HR processes and setting up Standard Operating Procedures for key HR functions
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
