About the Role:
We are expanding our team and looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join us as Sales Associates.
In this role, you will focus on building strong long-term relationships and presenting suitable solutions based on client needs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are proactive and are looking to grow their career in a structured yet flexible environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients via calls, messages, and scheduled meetings.
- Develop product knowledge and recommend the best value to clients based on needs.
- Support clients in understanding the options available to them.
- Establish and maintain client relations.
- Achieve individual targets and performance goals.
- Attend training and development workshops to strengthen skills.
