Job Description

OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administration of insurance policies. These includes policy issuance & maintenance, policy renewals, data entry and compliance to standards.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Policy issuance and Maintenance – Able to process new policy applications, handling policy changes (including address updates, coverage modifications) and ensuring accurate policy documentation.

2) Claims processing – Assisting with the initial stages of claims processing to ensure proper and timely submission to claims department.

3) Policy renewals – Managing policy renewals, sending out renewal notices and following up on outstanding premiums in accordance to corporate practice.

4) Data entry and maintenance – Able to maintain accurate policy records in databases, ensuring data integrity and having the ability to generate reports when needed.

5) Relationship management – Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on inquiries, resolving policy-related issues and providing guidance on policy benefits/ coverage.

6) Perform adhoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
